1.4833 is a high-alloy, austenitic stainless steel that is characterized by its excellent resistance to high temperatures and oxidation. This alloy is particularly suitable for use in extreme thermal conditions as it retains its strength and structure at temperatures up to 1,050°C. 1.4833 is often used in applications that require high temperature resistance and good corrosion resistance in aggressive environments, such as in aerospace or exhaust systems.

Properties:

Excellent heat resistance: 1.4833 remains stable and corrosion-resistant even at high temperatures up to 1,050°C.

Corrosion resistance: This alloy shows very good resistance to oxidation and many chemical influences.

Good weldability: 1.4833 is easy to weld and is ideal for applications with high thermal loads.
Applications:
1.4833 is mainly used in power generation, boilers, turbine components, exhaust systems and in the aviation industry where high temperatures and corrosion resistance are required.
